Slippery When Wet

With the temperatures soaring and the sun blazing, we have been trying to find ways to keep the kids cool and entertained while playing outside. Our wonderful babysitter Courtney, bought a slip n' slide, and sprinkler set for Olivia's birthday (she also watches our neighbors' kids so it was a gift that they could all enjoy--smart girl!)

After getting everything all set up, we turned on the water, and ALL of the kids went running (except for Olivia who was sleeping) in the opposite direction. I guess it can be a bit overwhelming, but the Egans (neighbors) we quick to come around after Courtney 'took one for the team' and went down the slip n' slide to show how much fun it could be!

Cole took a turn down the slip and slide...looks like he's a fan!
Next up...it was Sadie's turn (with a little help from Courtney)...

Next up,Lexie---or not...she is still not sure about the slip and slide...she is keeping Ginger company in stead. Sadie on the other hand can't wait to go again!!!
