Pat-cake, pat-a-cake...

I thought I would do something fun in the kitchen with the girls...as well as help out our church. They were having a bake sale, and so I decided to make some cookies for the event...and why not let my big helpers help? Turns out we had a blast, made a mess, got some great photos, and managed to make some amazing cookies! What a great, fun-filled morning!

Soccer Star

We decided to let Lexie try out a soccer program through the YMCA since she has been talking about wanting to play soccer now for a while. (Don't ask me what we were thinking with the baby only weeks away, but she is excited to play...and we are excited for her!) Lucky for us it is held indoor in case of inclement weather (which just so happened to be on the very first day. Needless to say, she is loving it!

Uncle Michael comes for a visit!!!

Uncle Michael was in need of some R&R and decided to come here??? REally??? We do have two kids under the age of 4...and a very pregnant woman---what was he thinking? In all seriousness, we hope he enjoyed his stay as much as we enjoyed having him! Hope you got your golf fix in...for a while at least! Come back soon...and bring the rest of the family with you!!!
