"Easter" Fun

We finally made it over to Grandma Barb's house, though we didn't get there quite as early as we were planning. We just couldn't seem to get moving fast enough, but that didn't keep Lexie from enjoying what time we were able to spend there before nap time! She got to ride a fun bike (though next time let's keep it on the sidewalk-lol!) and she even got to eat her lunch out on the patio! Once Russ returned from picking up the main dish for our "Easter Dinner" it was off to the hotel so our two little cuties could nap!

After we woke the kids up (yes, we had to physically wake them up again--sleepyheads) we got changed and headed back over to Barb's house. Lexie was THRILLED to be able to play with Molly some more...and the Easter Egg Hunt was a success--well, sort of! Both of the girls seemed all too happy with just one or two eggs...especially when they discovered they were filled with Craisins and other dried fruit. They kept trying to open them...and literally stopped after each egg!! It sure was a good effort, and made most of the adults laugh!
